What to Bring to Camp Each Day

Fishers Parks Camp T-shirt
Each camper will receive two T-shirts per registered camp week. For safety and security reasons, we ask that a 2024 Fishers Parks camp T-shirt be worn daily. Camp T-shirts help counselors and staff quickly identify campers in public settings (field trips, playgrounds, etc.) if needed.

Appropriate Shoes
Campers may be in a variety of environments (athletics, water play, hiking, etc.), so it is very important that they wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes each day to camp. No sandals or open-toe shoes will be permitted for safety reasons. Sneakers or Crocs are recommended.

Lunch & Snacks
All campers must bring a shelf-stable lunch to camp each day, as well as a morning and afternoon snack. Refrigeration will not be provided. Lunchboxes and ice packs (if needed) are recommended.

Water Bottle
Campers will be very active, so it's important for them to stay well hydrated! Each child must bring a full, reusable water bottle to camp each day.

Camp Schedules by Location

Our camp calendars allow you and your kiddo to prepare for the week ahead! Each day at camp will be filled with adventure and exploration, no matter where they're experiencing their summer with Fishers Parks, from sports and athletics to music and the arts to STEM learning.

These calendars also will inform you and your family or household of special guest speakers, field trips (full-day camps at elementary school locations only), themed camp days, and more!

Camp Direct Phone Lines

For each camp location, there is a dedicated direct phone line to the counseling staff and head counselor(s). This line will be used for counselors to notify parents of any issues that may arise with their child. It also is a way for parents to directly communicate with our staff in the event of an emergency, unforeseen early pickup, illness or absence, etc.

Need immediate assistance? Please call the Fishers Parks HQ at 317-595-3150, or email Fishers Parks at parks@fishers.in.us.

This page will be updated once camp direct phone lines are established for the 2024 camp season.

Before the start of your first camp week, you should receive an email from Fishers Parks requesting that you complete an emergency and safety form for your child. If you have not filled out this form for your child, you must do so before the start of their first day of camp.

If you have already submitted this form for your child but need to update it with new or different information, please email Summer Camp Coordinator Jennifer Clymer at clymerj@fishers.in.us.
